The Lubin School of Business is delighted to launch the Center for Leadership and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in partnership with Arthur C. Brooks, PhD, director of the Happiness Laboratory at Harvard Kennedy School鈥檚 Center for Public Leadership and Happiness.
Housed at the Lubin School of Business, this new program is based on the curriculum and lesson plans designed by Brooks and developed from Build the Life You Want (BTLYW), the bestselling book he coauthored with Oprah Winfrey.
Our Partner
Leadership and Happiness Laboratory (LHL) believes that all great leaders should be happiness teachers. To this end, LHL shares the science of happiness with leaders in academia, government, and business, empowering them to embed this knowledge in their work.
Purpose and Impact
This new program is offered free to our students and is designed to help each student feel like an integral and valued member of the larger 桃瘾社区 Community while taking ownership of their happiness and well-being. Our mission is to create a leadership movement built on a foundation of emotional intelligence.
