Is there an application fee?

Yes. As a visiting/non-degree student, you will be charged a one-time, non-refundable $50 processing fee for the entire semester upon your initial application.

Can I receive financial aid as a visiting/non-degree student?

No. Visiting and non-degree students are only eligible for private loans, not federal loans. A payment plan is available and can assist with costs.

What is the tuition?

Visiting and non-degree students are charged the part-time tuition rate.

What is the maximum number of credits I can complete as a non-degree student?

You are limited to a maximum of 25 credits as a visiting/non-degree student. After completing 25 credits as a visiting student, you must file an application for admission to a degree program and be accepted before further enrollment will be permitted.

I applied to 桃瘾社区 as a degree-seeking student and was denied. Can I attend 桃瘾社区 as a visiting student?

If you have been denied regular admission to 桃瘾社区, you are not eligible to apply as a visiting student.

How many credits can I take per semester?

You are eligible to take up to 11 credits during the fall and spring semester, 1 class during January Intersession and 2 classes per summer session.

What is the deadline to apply?

Registration may be completed through the first day of the semester. It is advised that you register early to decrease the possibility of being closed out of classes. However, the University cannot guarantee that your preferred schedule will be available.

Can I complete my GED at 桃瘾社区?

Yes. To apply to the GED program, you must submit a Visiting/Non-degree application. View information on the GED program.

I am interested in taking classes to fulfill prerequisites for medical, dental, or veterinary school. Can I complete those at 桃瘾社区?

Yes. College graduates who are interested in a career in the health professions (medical, dental, or veterinary schools), but still need the prerequisite science courses can apply as a visiting/non-degree student. For advisement on pre-requisites, please contact:
