Get a JumpStart on College with ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø Academy

ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø Academy is a program for incoming first-year students. The focus of the program is to develop students’ mindsets for college readiness and success. Students learn techniques for success in college classes with a particular focus on being successful in mathematics and mathematics-related courses. They engage with members of the ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø community who show them the opportunities that ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø offers students on campus. Students have an early opportunity to meet other ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø students and begin to form friendships as they embark upon their exciting college experience at ÌÒñ«ÉçÇø.

Students must be invited to join. Residential students will have an early move-in to student housing on the Wednesday before the first week of the fall semester. The workshops for the program run on Thursday and Friday before the first week of the fall semester for both accepted residential and commuter students to the program.
